November is many things to many people: Movember, Native American Heritage Month, Sweet Potato Awareness Month. It’s also NaNoWriMo and, for those of us who’d rather ramble incoherently than write a 50,000-word novel in one month, it’s NaBloPoMo – National Blog Posting Month!
For the next 30 days, I will be posting daily blog entries — no excuses!
I’ve decided to commit to this madness for a number of reasons. First, I’ve been upping my stick-to-it-iveness game of late with a successful stint on Weight Watchers (more on this in a later post) and I’d like to try to apply those skills to a creative endeavour. Second, I’m taking a web analytics course right now as part of my Social Media post-graduate certificate, and this is the perfect opportunity to practice using Google Analytics to help understand and build my blog audience. And third — why the hell not??
I would love it if you’d consider following my blog, commenting and encouraging me to write more things/write better things/write about particular things. For those not familiar with how to follow a blog, check out this handy how-to guide from WordPress.
Thanks in advance for your support, friends — HEEEEEERE we go!
